Hi funda! What's in the black cylinder? Something real dangerous, going by the red label :)

wolverine said...

@mohan..

the black thing IS pretty dangerous, its a high pressure accumulator and is kept at a pressure of about 1000-1500 psi.. thats pretty much like a mini bomb :|...hehe.. but things are pretty safe and tight round here.. so notin to worry :)

@mathew.

thats my nozzle reliablity tester!/. basicaly i will be pumping some liquid at a high pressure into a nozzle.. yea.. i knw... it looks much better than tht!. :D

Reading your blog after quite a long time. So, nozzle reliability testing, nice :)
I wonder what fluid you are using.

Looks fab! What does it do ?

@mahesh

we are using a industry patented fluid called keltrack, its gooey like paint and modifies friction on a rail..

@watsinaname( its much easier to type...:D)

its sprays the afore mentioned KELTRACK at high pressures to test the reliability of nozzles!/...ideally
